“They are making five short videos, targeting Kenyan children and helping them to understand what is going on right now. Each video focuses on one of the joint World Health Organisation/Fifa campaign messages: Wash hands frequently; Keep social distance; Cover your nose and mouth with a bent elbow when coughing; Avoid touching your face; If you feel unwell, stay home. All five videos feature Dr Pamoja and Bali, the little monkey friend.”

COVID-19 Hygiene Hub: Diffusing puppet edutainment programmes on mass media to inform children about COVID-19
“All our stories were developed in both video and audio formats of maximum three minutes to be delivered through TV spots, radio spots and social media. We translated each asset in seven languages, including English, Swahili and five vernacular languages – Meru, Embu, Luo, Kisii and Luhya, to ensure maximum reach of the target audience. In total, we produced 42 video and audio assets in 7 languages. ”
